The rooms at Ambasciatori Place Hotel are absolutely fantastic! They are so cozy and inviting, with a great attention to detail. It feels like every little thing has been carefully thought of to create the perfect atmosphere. As someone who wants all the comforts at the best price, I couldn't have asked for more!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom design. But hey, that's just my opinion!

I had so much fun participating in the guided Nordic Walking excursions. It was definitely an unforgettable experience, especially when I got lost in the "Woods Ring"!

A bit dated rooms and corridors, and, not the fault of the hotel, the area being "terme" is not very touristy, the average age of visitors would probably be somewhere around 95 years if it was not for young families. Nothing much to do in the evening, I found an irish pub with help from the reception.

As women traveling alone, we loved the excellent room, friendly service, and the variety of spa services and treatments. The Pilates classes were great, and we enjoyed relaxing in the sauna. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a water boiler for tea. The hardwood floors and view from the third floor were lovely. The hotel staff provided extra towels and bathrobes, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel's location was a mixed bag with closed down shops nearby but also some decent to very-good restaurants down the hill. The room and bathroom were functional but in need of some renovation. However, the service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel's onsite spa was quite pleasant, and the sauna and Turkish bath were especially nice.

The gym facilities were in need of upgrading and were only tucked away in a corner of the restaurant, making it feel like an afterthought.

The bed was like a cloud, beautiful soft sheet/quilt, generous extra towels and bathrobes, nice flip flops, good buffet breakfast, convenient location.

Spent a delightful xmas at this hotel with my partner. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed strolling around the local area as the hotel was located in the heart of the city, and enjoyed checking out the shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, from the excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzis to the delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even taking my car key to re-park it due to parking issues in the busy street. The location was great, within walking distance of the old town and convenient to nice restaurants.

During my recent business trip to Fiuggi, my director chose the stunning Ambasciatori Place Hotel for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional facilities and services provided by the hotel. First and foremost, the pool of filtered water enriched with a hypertonic solution of Epsom salts was a unique experience. It truly felt like I was weightless, experiencing zero gravity. the availability of not only a golf instructor but also a personal trainer was highly commendable. The personal trainer helped me correct my posture with personalized training programs and exercises. the spa treatments with fossil water of Salsomaggiore were a precious wealth for both beauty and health, leaving me refreshed and rejuvenated. The Tangerine Spa center was the cherry on top, offering more than 1000 sqm of luxurious space including a variety of pools, saunas, and relaxation zones. The floatation pool, in particular, came highly recommended and ensured ultimate relaxation.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were some minor issues in our stay at Ambasciatori Place.

It was so much fun riding through the pump track with hairpin bends and obstacles. The whole family improved their technique and enjoyed the excursions like a breeze. The passionate professionals guided us responsibly and with enthusiasm on carefully selected cycling routes. It was an unforgettable adventure!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide babysitting services.
